Unterwerkstatthof is a family-run farm in Eggen/Deutschnofen in the Eggental valley, at 1,460 m above sea level in the heart of the Dolomites (UNESCO World Heritage). The Pichler family has been farming cattle here for generations and rents out three lovingly furnished holiday apartments for 2–8 guests, two of them refurbished in 2021 using natural materials. The farm has a wellness area with sauna, farm-own products with a bread roll service, a children’s playground, a garden with pavilion and a cosy lounge. Dogs are welcome on request.

Which holiday apartments are available?
Three non-smoking holiday apartments: Rosengarten (55 m², up to 4 guests), Eggentaler Horn (70 m², up to 6 guests) and Latemar (80 m², up to 8 guests).
How are the apartments equipped?
Wi-Fi, satellite TV, fully equipped kitchen (dishwasher, fridge with freezer compartment, coffee machine, kettle), bed linen and towels included. Washing machine and dryer if required.
Are dogs allowed?
Dogs are welcome on request for a surcharge (€15/day) – except in the Latemar apartment.
Is breakfast or farm produce available?
Yes – a bread roll service and the farm’s own products are available in the farm shop corner.
Where is the farm located?
In Eggen/Deutschnofen in the Eggental valley, at 1,460 m above sea level in the Dolomites (UNESCO World Heritage), South Tyrol.
How much is the visitor's tax?
The local tourist tax is €2.70 per person per day for guests aged 14 and over and is payable on site.
Is parking available?
Yes, private parking and a ski room are available, plus a children’s playground and barbecue area.
Is there a wellness area?
Yes, a wellness area with sauna is available.
What are the check-in and check-out times?
Check-in from 2 p.m., check-out by 10 a.m.; in high season, arrivals and departures are on Saturdays or Sundays.
